Helping Young People to Achieve

Laurion Supported living will provide the following care and support services for young people between the ages of 16-25 years of age.

  • 16+ supported living in semi-independent homes staffed 24/7 
  • Transition service 
  • Therapeutic behaviour management
  • Positive behaviour support

Education & Training

Young people are encouraged to undertake an education, training or work placement to assist in working towards their chosen career path. We also have onsite Maths and English teachers to assist.

Community Integration

Everyone should feel valued as part of their community and it's vital that those we assist are encouraged to engage with the wider community in order to prepare them for independent living.

Therapeutic Care & Support

Therapeutic Care and counselling is professional support and encompasses a range of therapies given to assist young people in addressing any issues they may have and need to address in order to go on and live independent lives.

Independence Training

All young people are required to partake in our independence training in order to assist with social and personal development skills.

Individual Tailored Care Plans

We work in partnership with local authorities and healthcare professionals to put a tailored care plan in place for the young people staying with us.

Accommodation Support

Laurion Care provide young people with full accommodation and support which is set within a safe and warm, home environment and provides a safe place to grow
